DO YOU DO CUSTOM MADE ITEMS?

Unfortunately, we do not do custom-made items at this time. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If you've purchased a ready to ship (RTS) item, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and handling BEFORE your order is shipped. If a RTS item is ordered with preorder items, everything will ship together once preordered items are ready.

If you've ordered an item through a preorder please refer to the listing for the stated turn around time. If it has been longer than the stated turn around time please email us at support@trueidentityrevolution.com.

You will receive an email once your item has shipped. If you have any questions about your order please email support@trueidentityrevolution.com.

HOW CAN I BE FEATURED ON YOUR WEBSITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA?

You can tag us in pictures of you, your friends, and/or family wearing or using True Identity branded items on our social media channels. You can also email us at: support@trueidentityrevolution.com.

RETURNS, ORDER CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Once your order is received, it immediately goes into production. For this reason, your order may not be canceled, for any reason, once received. We do not accept returns unless we are at fault (ie, we mailed the wrong size, sent a damaged item, etc.). Should you need to exchange an item, please email us. You will be responsible for return shipping. If there is an issue with your order after you receive your items, please email us at: support@trueidentityrevolution.com. We will do what we can to make it right!
